Upcoming workshops & course offerings
Hi there, friends. We’re excited to let you know about a few upcoming workshops and courses, and some plans for 2023.
September 23 & 24: Join Alma Partners for an encore presentation of Calling It Like It Is: Uncovering and Dismantling Racism in the Waldorf Movement, a live, online workshop hosted by Sunbridge Institute. This course has sold out all previous sessions, and is facilitated by Meggan Gill, Keelah Helwig, Vicki Larson, and Heather Scott. The course will also be offered on April 21 & 22, 2023.
Fee: $165, includes $25 non-refundable registration fee. 15% off for schools sending more than one participant.
November 2022-April 2023: Assessing for Equity with East Ed: a five-session series with the intent to shift cultures of assessment in service of more equitable outcomes for students. Founded in 2000 by Randolph Carter of Alma Partners, East Ed offers workshops and events that focus on achieving academic excellence through equitable teaching practices and healthy school climates. Utilizing current research in the field of anti-bias education, their workshops move schools from having “best intentions” to developing real strategies for transformation and measurable outcomes for success.
Fee: $750 individual; $1900 for a team of three from your school/college site (a savings of $350!)
